The entire team was very professional and answered all of my questions. When they say that they will help you through all steps they mean this was my first sale of a property and they helped make it very easy and very quick. They kept me in the loop at all times. Just finished up a long, troublesome closing. Long and troublesome due to the properties legal issues. They hung in there with me through it all.
From initial contact, it was pretty straight forward. They asked questions, asked or pictures of the property inside and out. The contact you if they have questions. They do their own walk thru. They submit their offer, or second offer by then. Their offers were not unreasonable. I didnt feel like they were taking advantage of the situation.

Just finished the paperwork on along my house with them. In all, total time it took to get the offer and closing was a little over a week. I had to sell quickly, I had to move to another state for another job so it was great how fast the whole process went.

My experience with Turbo Track Realty and John was excellent. After speaking with other cash buyers (both National and local) I was starting to feel it would be impossible to get a fair offer from a cash buyer. All of the companies I had talked to based their offers on a couple of satellite photos and information that they gathered about my personal situation. Their offers were not based on the property that I was selling.

It was very refreshing when John’s assistant Jenny told me that John would like to stop by and take a look at the property. John walked through the entire property. He listened to me and understood how I put my value on the house. He also explained to me some of the challenges and costs that he would have getting the house ready for listing.

We negotiated in a very open and transparent manner. In the end, he made an offer that I considered fair and beat every other cash offer I had received by thousands of dollars.

The sale agreement was only 4 pages long and very easy to understand. The sale closed in 30 days exactly as agreed.
