I was recently in need of some cash for family medical issues. I had worked with John before so I contacted him. We talked for a few minutes and I told him what I was needing one of my rentals sold. We scheduled for his team to come the next day to evaluate my property. They were very thorough but also respectful of my tenants who were still in the property. Later the same day I was called and presented an offer to buy the property. A few minutes of negotiations and we had a deal. I was emailed a contract. We closed one week later with cash at Bridge Title Co. at Polaris. Great experience with the title company. We heard John’s ad on the radio. Called in on 8/26, sent in my photos as requested and 24hrs later we had a deal. These properties were in Marion. 2 properties. The process was easy. He did what he said he was going to do. Title company was good. We closed 2 weeks later on 9/9/2020. Highly Recommended. I couldn’t believe how smooth the process was.
We were facing foreclosure and needed to sell fast to get the equity out of the property before losing it. John really helped us out. Our house even had a bad leak under the back patio that was connected to the downstairs bathroom. It was a big mess. We worked out a deal and closed at the end of the month. The title company handled everything w the mortgage company and we got out from that bad situation. 5 Star!
